Introduction. The Global Burden of Disease Study has identified injuries as one the top ten causes death and disability worldwide. Injury is predicted to rise in rankings by year 2030. This study aimed quantify effectiveness an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training improving mortality outcome after trauma injury.
